Löfbergs was founded in 1906 and is now one of the biggest coffee roasters in the Nordic region. We remain a family-owned company, now in its third and fourth generation. Our head office is situated in Karlstad, in the heart of Sweden, where we also have one of our roasting houses. The other is in Viborg in Denmark. Alongside the Löfbergs brand, we also own the Kobbs brand. We employ a total of around 200 staff and enjoy sales of around SEK 1 billion.
In recent years we at Löfbergs have consolidated our position in the market, in part through our commitment to corporate social responsibility and our work towards a better environment; we are now one of Europe’s biggest importers of organic and Fairtrade coffee. Our coffee has long been a firm favourite in Sweden and, thanks to our uncompromising level of quality and service, we are also the country’s leading supplier to restaurants, cafés and businesses.
